We have sold out of our 2025 season green teas but you can be the first in line by pre-ordering for 2026. Teas will be sent out as soon as they are harvested and produced which is normally around end April/early May for green teas.
TASTING NOTES (2024 harvest) : Slightly sweet with light hints of fruit, roasted peanuts and savoury notes.
Brewing: Give it a short first infusion at about 80c – can easily be infused 2 or 3 times.
We’d recommend around 3g for 200ml
