Hand picked and carefully crafted on our farm in South Wales, our toasted green tea has a soft sweetness, gentle savoury character and beautifully rounded finish.
The first batches of our 2026 harvest are now ready following an unusually early start to the season this spring.
TASTING NOTES (2025 harvest) : Slightly sweet with light hints of fruit, roasted peanuts and savoury notes.
Brewing: Give it a short first infusion at about 80c – can easily be infused 2 or 3 times.
We’d recommend around 3g for 200ml
