Shipping

 

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our farm in South Wales.


Order processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. At busy times there may occasionally be a short delay as we are a very small farm business.

 


 

UK delivery

 

Complimentary delivery on orders over £48

£3.95 flat rate delivery on orders below £48

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail tracked services and usually arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

24-hour tracked service may also be available at checkout.

 


 

Delivery locations

We currently deliver to most mainland UK addresses.

Due to courier restrictions we may occasionally be unable to ship to certain postcodes where delivery is not available or carries exceptionally high charges.

At present we are unable to ship kombucha, plants or seeds internationally. International shipping for tea may be possible on request.

 


 

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@peterstontea.com and include:

• your order number

• a description of the issue

• photographs if applicable

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, credit or refund where appropriate.

 


 

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.

 


 

Incorrect shipping information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
