Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of our products, we are generally unable to accept returns.

Tea, kombucha, plants and seeds are perishable items and cannot be returned once dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@peterstontea.com and include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • photographs where relevant

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund or credit where appropriate.

 


 

Non-delivery

If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.

 


 

Incorrect shipping information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 


 

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
