Hand picked and carefully crafted on our farm in South Wales, our steamed green tea is fresh with delicate bright spring character and a clean finish.
The first batches of our 2026 harvest are now ready following an unusually early start to the season this year.
TASTING NOTES (2025): Very slightly sweet with subtle umami and oceanic savoury notes. We think coastal with this one…it fits well with our Maritime climate!
Brewing: Give it a short first infusion at about 80c – can easily be infused 2 or 3 times.
We’d recommend around 3g for 200ml
