We’ve just started picking for the 2026 harvest and tea will be sent as soon as it is made, for green tea, this is likely to be late April.
TASTING NOTES (2025): Very slightly sweet with subtle umami and oceanic savoury notes. We think coastal with this one…it fits well with our Maritime climate!
Brewing: Give it a short first infusion at about 80c – can easily be infused 2 or 3 times.
We’d recommend around 3g for 200ml
