We have sold out of our Steamed Green Tea 2024 harvest but you are now able to pre-order tea for dispatch as soon as it becomes available. Time scales are totally weather dependant, it may be anytime from April through to late May.
What we can guarantee is that you will have First Flush tea from the start of our 2025 harvest, so it will be pretty special.
TASTING NOTES (2024): Very slightly sweet with subtle umami and oceanic savoury notes. We think coastal with this one…it fits well with our Maritime climate!
Brewing: Give it a short first infusion at about 80c – can easily be infused 2 or 3 times.
We’d recommend around 3g for 200ml
