100% organic single estate Welsh Black Tea - 12g
Hand picked and crafted, our black tea always brews as a lovely ‘drink all day’ cup of tea, very mellow & smooth with low astringency.
We’ve just started picking for the 2026 harvest and tea will be sent as soon as it is made, for black tea, this is likely to be early to mid May.
Wet leaf: sweet, slightly jammy fruit notes
Liquor: Pale amber with a honeyed fruit nose
Palate: Light bodied, very smooth with flavours of mixed fruit, hints of honey and the odd touch of hazelnut
Brewing: Give it a short first infusion at about 90-95c – can easily be infused 2 or 3 times.
We’d recommend around 3g for 200ml
