100% organic single estate Welsh Black Tea
Hand picked and crafted, our black tea always brews as a lovely ‘drink all day’ cup of tea, very mellow & smooth with low astringency.
The 2026 harvest began unusually early this year, with our first pick taking place in early April. After a busy few weeks of harvesting and production, we’re now very pleased to finally release the first batches of the new season.
Wet leaf: sweet, slightly jammy fruit notes
Liquor: Pale amber with a honeyed fruit nose
Palate: Light bodied, very smooth with flavours of mixed fruit, hints of honey and the odd touch of hazelnut
Brewing: Give it a short first infusion at about 90-95c – can easily be infused 2 or 3 times.
We’d recommend around 3g for 200ml
