100% organic single estate Welsh Yuzu & Black Tea
Now this is very special! Made using a carefully selected batch of our hand picked black tea blended with our very own yuzu.
Yuzu provides a unique mix of lemon, grapefruit and mandarin with a very distinct fragrance. In combination with our black tea this results in a complex refreshing cup with a lasting citrus finish, both invigorating and soothing.
Full of character and showcasing our usual black tea low astringency and smoothness.
TASTING NOTES (2025 harvest) : Slightly sweet with full blown intriguing citrus notes
Brewing: Give it a short first infusion at about 90c - 95c – can easily be infused 2 or 3 times.
We’d recommend around 3g for 200ml
Ingredients: organic loose leaf black tea, organic yuzu
Weight: 12g or 18g options available
Variety: Camelia sinensis var. sinensis - all grown lovingly from seed. Our yuzu (Citrus junos) plants are a mixture of seed grown and cuttings, mainly grafted onto Poncirus trifoliata rootstock.
