Organic Yuzu Fruit

from £10.00

SEASON 2024

Now these are special!

We were looking for something that we could grow alongside the tea plants in some of the tunnels, came across yuzu and quickly became slightly obsessed with everything yuzu.

Aromatic with an addictively complex blend of mandarin, grapefruit and lemon citrus notes. Traditionally grown in Japan, the zest and juice can be used in dressings, marinades, desserts, ice creams and sorbets. You can also use yuzu to make the most stunning jam and marmalade you will have ever tried, candied or chocolate coated peel or simply use to infuse vodka, gin or as a powerful citrus burst in cocktails and sparkling water.

We’re using most of our crop for our yuzu kombucha but do have a limited amount of ripe fruit available for sale.

Yuzu fruit is picked to order and will store well in a cool place or the fridge for a good 14 days.

Available in 250g, 500g & 1kg (an average fruit weighs anything between 80g - 120g)
